I've been experimenting with some beanbag frogs recently, and I listed this little guy on my Etsy page.
I was very pleased when it was featured on Charan Sachar's blog. Here's a link.
I don't have time to make very many finished frogs to sell, although I may still list one or two now and again. But, the good news is I now have the instructions for the frog written up as a pattern. It is listed here. I can send it as a .pdf file or printed and packaged in a ziplock bag.
I listed a few more items on Etsy yesterday. I really don't need most of the stuff that is still in boxes from our move, so I thought I could sell some of it, including this cute yo yo doll. I think it must be from the 1950s. I have lots more stuff to go through and I may list other items soon. Here is a link.
My New Year's Resolution this year is "Just Say No To Clutter". So to get things started, I have gone through my vast collection of quilts and decided that I can live without several of them.
I listed two vintage quilts on my Etsy page yesterday. This first one is a group quilt. It has embroidered signatures on each of the 42 fan blocks. Some of the fans are hand pieced. Others are machine sewn. Here is the Etsy Link.
The second one is a string pieced crazy quilt. It is made with sateen fabrics. I don't have a clue how old it is... maybe 1950s? Here is it's Etsy link.
Both of these quilts are tied rather than quilted. I sure hope they can find a new loving home :-)

Anyway, I thought it might be fun to list my books, just to see what would happen. If anything, it was cheap advertising (20¢ per listing).
Then I decided to add a couple of my older quilts, just for grins. I had this 1930s dog quilt that I originally made for the Beautiful Big Dogs book, but ended up not including it after all. I listed it on Etsy and it sold before I got around to talking about it here :-)

I may decide to clear out some of my other items soon. They help sell books when they are new, but at some point, they are just in the way.
